Today's news story will totally change your day around. The story comes from WENY News in New York where a six-month-year-old pit bull named shadow saved his owner from a mobile home fire. Shadow, woke his owner up during the fire, where at first the owner thought that there was an intruder. Once he saw the fire and smoke the owner knew that the emergency wasn't a person. The owner and Shadow ran out of the house and called 911. The dog shadow isn't just a dog anymore but a true town hero.  This story just goes to prove that a dog really is man's best friend.
